Ram Cat Cellars

Ram Cat Cellars began as Seneca’s original speakeasy-style wine and bourbon bar, inspiring a fresh approach to dining and hospitality on Ram Cat Alley. Its success sparked the creation of Stock & Barrel, blending fine meats and curated wines in a European-inspired setting, and led to the expansion into catering and events.
